Your personal roadmap to a sustainable job in construction & technology in Amsterdam.
In the metropolitan region of Amsterdam, there is high demand for skilled people in construction & technology and there is a big pool of people who either have been jobless for x-amount of time or looking to switch careers. ASTA asked us to develop a road map that shows these people their personal roadmap toward a job in construction or technology. Next to this roadmap, there was a need for an overview of all the options people have when it comes to education, courses, entry points of the road map etcetera. So we created a metro map for professional job coaches to gain insights into all the different possibilities job seekers have. This helps the job coach to help create the personal roadmap for each job seeker
The design
The Metro map and the personalized road map were developed after several prototypes and co-design loops with the different stakeholders involved.
The metro map is inspired on the clear lines from new Oostlijn in Amsterdam and other metro map concepts
